6. All managers and line supervisors will understand their specific responsibilities for health and safety within their departments / sections and will ensure that the relevant safety requirements and codes of practice are adhered to at all times by their subordinates.
7. Employees shall have a legal responsibility as well as the company duty to be aware of and conform to company HSSE policies and practices.
8. The detailed responsibilities of managers, supervisors and employees and the concept of safety program / loss prevention are defined in the company manual entitled ‘Health, Safety, Security & Environment Manual’. Health and Safety Procedures; Codes of Practice and relevant Constitution will be contained in Safety Notes, Procedures and Instructions (SNPI).
